bought a one ton ashphalt roller some one at some time filled the rollers wit used oil.the oil seemed like a naturel disaster to happen so i draned the oil out.when filling it with water theres a small ccrack at roller axle that leaks water.Please no stop leak jokes either ok lol.2 weld this i has rinnsesd the drum once wit water then emptied it. my fear being if i arc wld it it will be a hinden berg explosion "oh the hummanity" any and all suggestions would be helpfull/and tonight sending Joe some pics of the 48 repaint with rustolium paint junoir copey
