WeberCarbsDirect looks like a good source. I got mine from Pierce Manifolds via ebay. They sell genuine Webers and Chinese copies. Being as how this is an old beater truck and I'm cheap, I went Chinese for $50 less. Either way it's the "DGV" series. I suspect if a guy wanted to do it right, since they don't offer a conversion setup for a 230 out of the box, he'd have to be willing to play with the jets some.

What I've seen of the design I really like: it's not the simplest carb in existence, but it's far from the most complicated either. Everything seems to be there for a good reason with no extra stuff. It looks like a carb a guy could reasonably rebuild himself, unlike the original hitachi unit, or even a 4-barrel Holley. It's nice to see that someone took the trouble to really work out one last good carb design, based on everything that came before it, before the whole world went to fuel injection and computers.
