Hi Derek.. you saying to maybe consider living closer to a larger city then way out there? I understand the situation: Have this now at my south East OK cabin. 30 miles, or over 45 min from a large city.
decent gorceries ar at least 25 miles away, thru winding roads..
Not a bad deal if your retired with all kinds of time on your hands :)
