currently in the Dallas Texas Area. Being more of a cold weather person, the summers kill me here... never really ever got accustomed to it.. been here 14 years this June, and every summer I say it wont be bad, well, I guess I just cant take it..
Used to be able to justify the heat of summer by saying how nice and mild the winters are..Seems to me the Last few years , the winters were anything but mild, moe bitter cold.. Now I know that all relative dependent on where your at.. I am sure the Northeast guys would gladly trade their last winter with this one!!

So, we been exploring ideas about the move... someday... Want a community though, nearby, for lunch and shopping.. BUT I want my land for my projects too...
Pagoso SPrings is a target area now for us.. All I hear is its a "little known" area.. apparently the snow fall average is like 67 in, and the "climate" mild in comparision as its semi-arid and protected somewhat by the mountainscape?
Anyway.. I do appreciate everyones feedback and thoughts! keep em coming!
