I have a '10 Ram with a Cummins Diesel. A few years ago I trapped a ground rat and put him in a box with a lid an a hole for the exhaust pipe from the idling Ram to enter the box. 5 minutes later I checked the box and the rat was still healthy, 10 minutes later, still moving around. I was amazed. Don't try this at home with your kids or wife though.
