Since this issue showed up after you put the new hubs on then It kind of says that a hub is the cause of the initial shaking. Based on your video you have 40 T of run out. 30 in one direction and 10 in the other. That seems a bit much.

Also check to see if the wheel studs are centered in the hub I have seen a bad hub with this problem. Try putting a wheel on and had spin it and watch for any movement. Put your caliper on the hub lock out then place the point on the inner part of the wheel near the split ring. Measure the wheel run out both horizontally and vertically The horizontal direction should show movement like the flange. The vertical will show any out of roundness of the hub or wheel.
