I'd disconnect the line coming out of the fuel pump and see if you have good flow. Then work up or down stream from the fuel pump depending on what you find.

Just because you replaced the fuel pump, doesn't necessarily mean you don't have a fuel pump problem. Probably not, but something to keep in the back of your mind.

I suggested you do a fuel pressure and flow check. Without it, you are just shooting in the dark. Replacing the fuel pump and not having it solve the problem is a sure sign you are just winging it. Identify the problem, then fix it.

And, of course, vapor lock and hot fuel lines are not an issue when you first start an engine.

Be careful that you don't have more than one problem. That can always screw you up when trouble shooting.
