Sometimes I plan ahead the day before, and roll the truck just a couple feet. Then the next day the flat spots are not nearly so bad.

Otherwise, when it is parked at the curb and I can drive straight away down the street, I can feel the whole truck bounce together until the flat spots get out of synch at the corner. From, there it wobbles for a few miles.

That said, balance is high speed vibes, out of round tire or bent rims can be felt at lower speeds.

But a real death wobble is then the front starts oscillating so bad you want to jump out. Never had it in a PW, but the olde Ford twin I beam front end on my '72 F250 used to catch it on one stretch of highway. Tires, inflation, was board-y road. and the front end design all added in to make it the shakes. Mechanics used to sell bolt on dual front shock set ups. But with the '73 re-design, the problem went away. I think that year they went to the steering box in front of the I beams. Subtle difference was all it took.
