I just thought I would mention this place I found as it looks interesting. He sells a lot of used specialty tools including Kent Moore reamers.
I haven't quite seen a site like this. You find the tool on his list of tools and he sends you a picture and a price. I guess he has go to out to the tool shed and find the tool. It's a long shot, but worth an email to him asking if he has the correct reamer.
