You might be better off to have a machinist finish the job. Each valve will have to be ground to true it even new valves have to be reground before using and the seats will need to be reground as well. If you don't have the tools, it can get expensive for a one-time job. Lapping valves is not an option in this case.

You can actually bend a valve be grabbing the stem in your palm and using your thumb, push the head. That's why new valves have to be cut again before using due to becoming bend in shipment.
