I had an 01. I lost power, poor milage and high temps. The intercooler, a/c and radiator set up was over 60% blocked with grease and dirt. I live on dirt roads. The draft tube vented between the radiator and front of block. The fluid would blow out of the bottle and get pushed forward into the radiators. I had them pulled and cleaned, moved the drain for the draft to the back of the cab. All good. If you have this type problem do not think that you can pressure wash it clean. You will destroy all those little soft fins. My fan blade had a dirt film also. I replaced the clutch unit on it while they were in there. All was good.......
