Back in June 28, 2006, I bought 6 locking handles with gaskets and specified all be key alike. The Part number is AH 272 1/2 PK501 from Austin Hardware 800-821-3520 for $12.96 each = $77.76. They also sent me their 882 page catalog that lists all kinds of hinges, latches, locks, locking hardware etc.
Back then I posted the picture of the locking handle on the forum along with my copy of the invoice so others could buy the same items/cost.
These locking handles are absolute Plug N Play in all respects and style looks very close to OEM handles.
