I noticed that when I bought the truck, and thought the yokes had been installed wrong. Then I saw another 6x6 with the yokes the same way, so I thought maybe it was intentional. They are 45 deg off from each other. It shouldn't cause a problem the way it is, since phasing is relative to yokes on the end of a shaft, not yokes from one shaft to another. Or should the yokes be 90 deg apart, so that one shaft accelerates, and then the other?
