Of course not. I opted for the deluxe install. You know, first you run the wires in EMT (or well pipe - whichever happens to be laying around), then we drill holes through the pipe/conduit, and nail it all to the floor. If folks trip on them, at least wires don't get pulled from the friction tape connecting everything together.
