A 1959 W100 or W200 uses all the same body parts as a D100 or D200 except for the front fenders which come off a D400-D600.

There were very few W100-W200s made in 1959 and it'd be a waste to take the body off a good one. Make whatever you want out of D series trucks. Dodge made thousands. But only 466 W200s and 1,035 W100s were built in 1959 so since you're making a hot rod anyway just add a pair of Power Wagon tags to the hood and nobody will be the wiser.
