Supposedly, you can provide them with a damaged plate for vintage vehicles and they will re-produce it. If you follow up, let us know the results?

This above information was off an official Ford site. The site says Ford can provide reproduction VIN plates for Ford's newer than five years. I suspect the devil is in the details.
