Swivel Frames and N.O.S. M-601 for Sale
I have gathered some really unique trucks and first class parts over the years and now the time has come to let someone else take over the entire collection and the restorations. When was the last time you saw an original Swivel Frame for sale let alone two! You will never have this opportunity again to purchase two of the approximately 13-14 original swivel frames known to exist. The unique thing here is I have managed to bring one of each model Swivel Frame together in one spot. I have one Willock and one Truckstell/Willock. The mechanical difference between these two models is dramatic. Remember these are original trucks not reproductions! The Kids are in college so my loss is your gain! I would really like to sell the entire collection as one lot but I know many people might not have the means to do so. I will give time/pricing preference and priority to an entire lot purchase. Everything is located in Templeton, Ca. 93465. Storage can be negotiated and I have a forklift to aid in loading. Personal inspection is highly encouraged as there are many more parts than I have described here. If you’re serious give me a call to discuss pricing and details.
Here are the trucks I have for sale-
The idea here is that there is enough trucks, parts, and accessories to finish the two Swivel Frames and the M-601 if sold as a package deal. Individual pricing is included if a package deal cannot be realized. Package pricing will be considerably less than the individually priced trucks for obvious reasons.
Power Wagon
1954 Willock Swivel Frame Serial # 83939503 C-1-PW6-126. This Detroit made truck is a current runner and can be seen in action on You Tube at http://m.youtube.com/watch?gl=US&client=mv-google&hl=en&v=LaUAafenZhA and at http://m.youtube.com/watch?gl=US&hl=en&client=mv-google&feature=relmfu&rl=yes&v=4I2myOXCTkY . As far as Swivel frames go this one is in pretty decent shape. Out of the three Swivels I have seen they were usually beaten to death. Original motor with six volt positive ground electrical system. As of last year I have installed new wheel cylinders, brake shoes, turned drums, clutch friction plate, and new N.D.T. tires with tubes and flaps. Pink slip in hand.

1956 Willock/Truckstell Swivel Frame Serial # 83951768 C-4-PW Tweener model meaning this is one of a very few 1956 trucks that are C-4-PW according to the serial number but the data plate indicates a C-3-PW. See the dodge power wagon page under the “Model Year Detail” tab and see the note at the bottom of the page. This truck is in mid-restoration and is apart with the frame painted and rear axle being rebuilt. This truck also has NEW Steven Fowler leaf springs, bushings and pins! Pink slip in hand.

1955 Parts truck- Serial # 83944128 C-3-PW6-126 with exceptional cab and body work from the dry high desert of Colorado, very original and unmolested, with winch, good running motor, no bed, frame is not serviceable. Pink slip in hand.

1966 M-601- This truck is N.O.S. and is in as found condition from a warehouse on the East coast. This truck was featured in the VPW catalog a few years back and is complete from the leaf spring up which means no running gear or engine. The shipping orders to Na Trang Vietnam are still pasted on the hood with the words “less engine”! If you are looking for some of the best original PW sheet metal here it is! I guarantee you will never see a more pristine original frame or third series bed on the planet. Have vehicle registered in my name but the title cannot be issued because the truck is less engine and axles so a final vehicle weight cannot be determined for the California D.M.V. to complete the title. I transferred the truck into my name under the same conditions from the last owner so there should be no problems.
