That part is 1957 and 1958 V8 W100-W200 only and it is pretty hard to find.
I've had cast stuff welded before with good success. Ask around and find someone skilled to do the work.
The other option is to get a new steel pipe made to fit in the same space or just get a whole new exhaust run without it. I'm not sure how much you need that valve?
