Yup...or just let the air out of your tires & run balancing beads inside your tubes. They make a funny little bottle & hose to get them in there & they work excellent.
I personally don't think this is tire balance though. Bent wheel maybe but lots of my trucks I don't even balance the tires & almost never in the rear & they run just fine. You can feel slight vibration but not unsafe like scary.
