I have two thoughts on that. First, it probably depends on how the truck gets used. If it does daily driver duty with no loads, etc, probably no problem. If it's used as intended, bias are a safer bet. I have a bias toward bias ply myself because aggressive traction 8-17.5" tires are being reproduced. The STA brand is a great looking tire. I wish similar 8-19.5" traction tires were being reproduced. Those of us that use 19.5s either use radials or, like me, search out NOS traction treads. Stu
