Yup, that truck was originally a single rear wheel truck apparently. That's the reason it has those fenders as opposed to the DRW fenders you usually see...the guy said there was a kit sold in the day by a company to convert the SRW to DRW with the fender spacer & different wheels.
Love those fenders on there...much better look.
