I bought a new hose, but used the stock filler neck. I fabricated straps similar to the original ones. They are quite a bit longer. I used 1/16" x 1 1/2" (I think) flat steel. The factory sending unit had about 4 lines. I used one for the supply, one for the vent, and plugged the unused ones with vacuum caps.
