Welcome to the family. I have always been the one to start with near the worse possible scenario vehicle. I found everyone here to have great advice and there is always something to draw from even the worst of criticism you will receive around here.
I started out with a WC-16 Radio-Recon car that had been severely molested for use by a farmer but still had a great windshield frame and header,front sheet metal and even running boards. I used the thoughts and suggestions from the guys on the forum to make it into something of a real bastard (Little Chevy here, little Ford there, little Jeep in back, and a little International underneath...hell, I even have steel building studs in the mix)) that my family really enjoys. Attending the Iowa Rally has become a great tradition.
