One issue I found with the steel is that it is brittle or less ductile when compared to most of the other frames I have worked on, and I am talking about a LOT of frames.
Tig will be much better than wire feed- I had issues with wire feed regarding penetration . Did a few tests on a piece I removed when I thought I was using a saginaw side steer.
