New To Power Wagons

I am going to pickup a Dodge Power Wagon that has been sitting for several years in the AZ desert. I have not seen the vehicle but my friend is doing the advance work for me. The cost is nothing. It is an older one, with a flatbed and a winch. The SN is 98?7669Y, and the model number is 83 W-426. An additional number on the plate is 6861-7819.

Any help in identifying the year would be appreciated.
