Nope, can't be done. Sealed beams are pretty cheap anyway.
But, the early Dodge 6 volt sealed beams with the smaller glass lens inside the larger one (I forget what they are called) are pretty hard to find.
Some guys remove the old filament unit and replace it with a halogen bulb to keep the appearance on an old bulb. Sometimes you will see someone selling a burned out bulb on Ebay.
