Don't go to a wheel powder coater, go to a powder coater that does any kind of work.
They are used to blasting and powder coating just about everything, and won't blink an eye at your job.
We do this work, but we have too large an oven for small jobs. One good question to ask is what size oven do the have. One that holds one or two wheels at a time will be cheaper than a huge one.
