I recently needed to buy one with similar requirements that you suggested in your question.

I chose the Schumaker speed charger, got it for about $100
I have charged one standard 800cca and 2 deep cycle batts with no issues.
seemed to work great for all.
I have not yet tried an optima or a 6 volt.
so far i like it.
