I do think it is a mental health issue. When I moved into my house in 1983 the girl next door had a 67 camaro convertible sitting in the back yard on the grass. I asked her why the car was there and she told me she had been in an accident and the car needed some work. It needed a front left fender.Years go by and the car just sits sinking into the dirt. Finally the roof caves in then the tarp she puts over it caves in and the tires are all flat and its on the ground. Now her Mother is selling the house and the car has to go. I offer her five hundred dollars to get it towed out of there and she laughs. Her friend tells her its worth three thousand and I politely tell her if she spent three thousand on it thats what it would be worth. Day later the junk man towes it out of there. She probably paid to get it out of there before the closing on the house. Jeff
