There is a huge cult in the US, the world, for that matter, centered around worshiping old cars. The older they are and the deeper they sink into the ground, the more they are esteemed of great value. Trees growing through the bumpers, cab, etc. are a real bonus. And the owner gets credit for the number of potential buyers he is able to refuse. Google it. :)
