Jerry: Very nice! I like the extra 5/16" sheave to guide the cable and the much lower mounting of the electric winch than the former hand winch.

Now that you have this all-too-handy tool installed on your far-ranging Power Wagon, you will have to exhibit the utmost restraint against finding, loading and bringing home many more "dead object" projects for which God hand-picked YOU to resurrect by breathing life into them again. Personally, I already have too many such projects littering my garage and yard, but I'd become the Florence Nightingale of dead junk with that fine new tool of yours.
Here's hoping you can summon the requisite restraint.

Are you going to install some tie-down points around the perimeter of your flatbed to secure for transport all those worthy treasures you are about to recover?

If you remove the hook from the end of your cable line, could you re-route that line to come straight out the end of your lift arm?
If so, then you could use it and two secured pulley blocks (one at the front center and the second at the right front corner of your flatbed, with your lift arm pointed straight at that second pulley block) to pull forward in the bed for securing any and all heavy treasure chests you might stumble across. This double pulley arrangement would make unnecessary the idea of using the gearbox (power divider?) presently installed beneath the front of your flatbed to operate a PTO drum winch installed at the front center of your flatbed.

I have often thought of installing a mighty 12,000 pound dual cat head Braden upright winch at the front of my Power Wagon bed. But it would get little, if any, actual use and would only substantially reduce the available load carrying capacity of my truck, without any practical justification. But boy would it look cool! :)

Speaking of cool, I always thought the coolest looking custom Dodge Power Wagon would be a PW hard cab and front clip on a WC-63 6x6 chassis with an oil field type flatbed body topped off by a 12,000 pound dual cat head Braden upright winch right behind the cab. The cab and winch would be protected by a round pipe framework that extends just high enough above the cab to secure chains for the front "A" arms that could be used with the front mounted MU-2 winch. It would be lever heaven inside the cab!

Again, very nice job on your lift arm. :)
