It was, evidently, owned by a fired department. But, the red paint job, gold trim, and homemade fire ladders are somebody's version of a big city fire engine.
It did have a chrome bell on the front bumper. That may have been too much for the owner, or maybe he just decided to keep the bell. The mounting plate is still there sticking out from the front bumper.
