Randy. You might get the opinions of others on the paint. I know my body/paint man used Martin Senour (sp?) on my truck. He likes it the best of all the paints he has used. Personally, I now wish I had asked him to use the old style paint that would allow it to oxidize a bit. The finish is a little too shiny for my preference. And I worry about the clear coat failing in time. I have a '68 W300 that was painted with base/clear and the clear has been deteriorating for 3 or 4 years. Of course the paint job is about 12 years old, so maybe that's normal?
