You don't say what kind of engine you have or even what kind of Power Wagon you are considering building.
But, regardless, there are no reproduction frames and bodies for Power Wagons like there are for '32 deuce coupes. There are some reproduction fenders and beds for some models, but that is about it.
If you are not an experienced builder (which you are not), do yourself a favor. Start with a more modest project. Maybe, buy a complete, running truck in decent condition of the type you are considering modifying. Or better yet, buy a vehicle that your engine will work well with.
