It has an original black California commercial plate. If there is a pair (doubtful) they could be worth up to $800. If the guy has any paperwork for the truck (again doubtful) this could be a nice find.
Other than that, considering the cost and effort to get the truck, the price is about right. But, as Dan says, if this truck was nearby I would get it, if just to have more FFPW parts I don't need.
