My buddy put in a 4bt that came from a old Grumans bread truck with about 87,000 in it. Put on another 40,000 on it with no problems. He installed it into a 1996 chevy pickup.
My point is the 4BT turbos don't spull up like a 6BT will be he gets very good fuel millage . 4BT cost a whole lot cheaper too keep running. Only small problem he had was a small spring inside the injector pump broke.
