I felt it was only right to enter it even though it will never drive again. The front axle will be used on my 1949 truck, and I hope the windshield regulator is still usable. The gauge glass is still there and in one piece.
When I brought it home the one remaining headlight started to wobble in the 55 MPH wind because the rust had eaten all support to the fender. Sad in a way that this was the fastest she would ever go again in one piece. I hate parting out trucks and tractors. If there is even a chance I can save them, I will. The stories they tell when I look at the farm type repairs always makes me wonder about the adventures these vehicles had.
