I don't have the specific information you are requesting, but sites such as Hanson Rivet contains the resources you need to figure this out. I am sure you will need tubular rivets for this assembly. Determine the hole size, material thicknesses, and head type. With this information you will add the extra length needed to curl the hollow end of the rivet. Of course, you will also need a rivet tool or other means of setting the rivet. Again, a good rivet supplier website will be able to guide you through the process.
