Dave, Silicone doesn't mix with regular fluid, I guess it turns to mush. I've heard of guys that just blow out the lines with air. I would probably flush with laquer thinner, of course the master is another issue. Whenever I do a complete brake job with all new stuff I always put the silicone brake fluid in. A lot of the older military trucks had silicone. I have 30 year old restored pickup truck that I put silicone brakefluid in when I did the brakes,it's still good to this day.
