Knob removal

how in the heck do the knobs come off ? Light,choke,,B?
What the heck is B anyways? Mines not connected to anything.
I've griped the stems with vice locks ant twisted and pulled and huffed and puffed. I've tried to lift up center caps, but I do not think they have caps... Mabey they do...
This is on a ffpw wm300 btw.
