if your truck has sat for a long time, and the air pressure was maybe a bit low, the tires will get flat spots. Drive it around for half an hour and does it improve at all?? My problem two years ago started because I only had 25 PSI in the tires, and I believe that promoted the flat spot. It would go away after 15-20 minutes, but it was scary. Proper inflation pretty much eliminated it.
