I'm old school:
Regrind anydamn tool into chisel with one side rounded. I use a nail set, just grind the end at a 45°. Take shallow cuts, carving a grove in the bushing. Once it is about all the way through, stick the end of the chisel between bushing and spindle, and collapse the bushing inwards. Once it gets started, a screwdrive and hammer will collapse it the rest of te way.
