Nick: Good news. I've had great luck using the motion products pressure bleeder. I can do it along, and the master cylinder never runs out or brake fluid. I made an adapter (Doc Langford's idea, not mine!) for my MC and it works like a champ.
I had similar vibration issues you are talking about some time ago. My tires were underinflated, and I believe that exasperated the tires getting a flat spot on them when it sat for a week or two.
