I've used a pressure washer with the sand blast attachment on concrete before it works great,a few bags of black beauty and water, no dust but plenty of water. I think it would work great on anything. Northern Hydraulics sells the sandblast wand for cheap money. my only concern with metal is drying off the metal quick enough so it didn't start to rust right away, kinda defeats the purpose if you end up with rusted metal when you get done.
