Yes, the Marines and Navy had the Internationals, but, they also got the Dodges the Army did not want. These vehicles stayed state side and were used for admin uses on the bases.
Two of the Dodges the Marines were given were the WC53 Carry All and the WC55 Gun motor carriage (WC52 with a 37mm cannon). Both of these vehicles were complete failures in combat, and the army already had plenty so they offered the extras to the Marines.
