There is a 'C' shaped bracket that everything pivots on. It screws to te inner side of the gear housing. Look closely, I get you can find a flat spot with two broken 1/4" screws.
And I'm sure somebody here has a lever they will be glad to sell. You PTO does ave the forked pivot for the lever?
Plus you'll need a hingy-gismo that locks it in neutral. You don't ant to wind yourself to death strangle on the road. It botls to the floor.
