Same problem as Clark

I got the disc, calipers and pads today. I just mocked them up to see, and I have the same problem as Clark, the disc seems way too thick for the shoes and caliper. I did remove the shims from both shoes and this is what it looks like AFTER removing them.

Any suggestions?
