Kind of missed (or under estimated) the part about you not being able to get up and trouble shoot.
Being it's your plow truck and you have snow that needs plowing, there are two immediate solutions:
1: Move to California. They haven't had snow in Laguna Beach since you left.
2: Hot wire the truck so you can drive it to clear snow. Save the real repair until you are back on your feet. Leave the battery charger on the truck as needed.
