There may not be a brand or manufacturer. My Dad bought a camper in 1962. It was a custom unit built by a local cabinet maker. He built one at a time to order. It was 100% professional and better than factory built. Like all the early units it was heavy. Dad later had a new Winnebago camper and then moved on to a class a motor-home. He always compared them to the original 8 foot camper. It never needed a repair. Metal water tank ,Hand pump,ice box, metal roof vents,and no waste tank, just set the bucket on the ground under the drain. It was so rare to see another on vacation that we waved like crazy when we saw one. Kind of like power wagons. Jim Oh yea if it popped up today I'd buy it back.
