Bruce I would follow Paul's advice for startup and as he says be ready for instant start up.You may have one or two injectors that maybe lazy to fire, a lot of white smoke so prime the fuel system with the primer on the fuel pump with the key on engine off and crack the nut on top of the injectors. Before starting pull the 12 volt wire off of the solenoid and follow Paul's directions.
Good luck with everything and make sure. the Dr has a sharp blade.
